I believe everyone has a light within them. It may be dimmed from time to time, but it is always there. Sometimes we just need to have some fun and our light awakens. Movement is my medicine. Nature is my medicine. Sitting in stillness is my medicine. What is your medicine?

Offerings

Practices

  • Classic form of yoga poses and breathing that revitalizes the body physically and mentally. It is an uplifting practice that increases muscle tone, improves flexibility and concentration, and allows for deep relaxation.

    Each class is different, unique, with different fluid movements. I try to create new and fun sequences to keep you guessing what may come next ;)

    Modifications are always given, and encourage you to rest any time you need to. All levels welcome.

    Take time to relax and connect with your breath and body.

  • Slower paced practice involving long holds, targeting deep fascia, tendons, joints, and ligaments in the body. Very meditative and relaxing.

    Postures focusing on the safe opening of connective tissues of the body in a gentle and unforced manner. To tone and cleanse the organs and systems of the body.

    A perfect balance to a more active practice. Props can be used to help stay in the posture.

    Available to all levels and abilities.

  • Some may confuse Restorative to Yin, however they are quite different. In Yin we are trying to play our “edges”, while in restorative we are not looking to experience too much sensation.

    Mellow movement and long-held postures supported by many props.

    Postures can be held for an extended period of time allowing the body to relax, restore, and rejuvenate.

    All levels welcome.

Sound Healing

The practice of using different sounds to realign the body’s vibration + chakras system, improve mental health, and emotional well-being.

Throughout history, music and sound has been used in many ways to heal.

Sound healing may reduce stress, lower blood pressure, lower cholesterol, help with pain management, and improve sleep.
