Women coming together as sisters. A sacred safe space to connect from our hearts, to honour one another, to teach one another, and to inspire one another.
Ceremony, meditation, breathwork, grounding, connection, and community. Each month a new theme will be introduced.

SOUND BATH + LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE MASSAGE
Join Kristin + Sarah (Rooster Tree Ranch) for an evening of sound therapy and massage. Sound bowls will be played throughout while Sarah gently massages your face. Lymphatic drainage massage helps to stimulate the lymphatic system and kick start your immune system, decrease inflammation and swelling. Assisting to release tension and congestion. You will ground your body, while being immersed with frequencies and vibrations. Allowing your body to completely relax and unwind.

YIN + SOUND JOURNEY
Yin yoga is allowing the body to play its edges. Slower paced, involving long holds, targeting deep fascia, tendons, joints, and ligaments in the body. Very meditative and relaxing.
Postures focusing on the safe opening of connective tissues of the body in a gentle and unforced manner. To tone and cleanse the organs and systems of the body. Sound bowls will be played throughout, ending with a long savasana with frequencies of my voice, drum, rattle, and chime.
