RESTORATIVE YOGA + SOUND JOURNEY
Let your body fall into tranquility and ease. Let your mind be swept away of any distractions or troubles. Allowing your entire being to relax, and your heart to open to new inspirations.
Join Kristin for restorative yoga, breath-work, meditation, and sound therapy. Sound bowls will be played throughout the practice. Gently grounding the body, while being immersed with frequencies and vibrations. Allowing your body to relax, bringing you into the present moment.
Crystal quartz sound bowls use frequencies to realign the body’s vibration + chakras system, improving mental health, and emotional well-being.
Sound healing may reduce stress, lower blood pressure, lower cholesterol, help with pain management, and improve sleep.
Instruments you will experience are crystal singing bowls, chimes, rattles, and hand drum. My voice as well :)

YIN YOGA + SOUND JOURNEY
Yin yoga is about allowing the body to play its edges. Slower paced, involving long holds, targeting deep fascia, tendons, joints, and ligaments in the body. Very meditative and relaxing.
Postures focusing on the safe opening of connective tissues of the body in a gentle and unforced manner. To tone and cleanse the organs and systems of the body.
